In the coming months Adobe will announce the End of Life for the Acrobat Upgrade plan for Acrobat Perpetual license.  Current upgrade customers will receive a notice from Adobe via e-mail.  Notification is expected in third week of November 2021

With the retirement of the Upgrade Plan, it follows that there may be no future new versions of Acrobat Perpetual and that Subscription should be a consideration for businesses using the current perpetual solution.
